I’ve had the best experience staying in this hotel. Their service exceeded my expectations. From the AMAZING 😻 breakfast/lunch/dinner with so many options to all the staff members (that can speak English)who are willing to assist you with everything at anytime. The place looks absolutely as displayed on the App. The location is also great. Quiet and close to all the tourist areas in Hanoi. A special shout out to Hanh for giving me the best relaxing and soothing massage 💆🏽♀️ experience … that was good. I loved everything about it. I highly recommend this hotel and I’ll surely come back 🥰

Petit Luxury Experience in Hanoi

The hotel room and the staff response were 5 stars!
Breakfast was delicious and the rooftop bar had a nice view.
The only downside was that when we used the spa at the service, the staff said a few bad things to each other in Vietnamese.

Stop number one! Hanoi

Great welcome to a fab hotel, a short walk from the Latin quarter. Very spacious rooms, well serviced. Room staff very helpful, even after leaving do not disturb signs on door they left a little bag of essentials outside, that’s very thoughtful.
Breakfast room with great view and great selection. All staff very friendly and helpful.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thanks Klara on reception, you were very nice

A wonderful stay and amazing trips

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The room was clean, we could choose from many delicious options for breakfast. The staff was really helpful, especially Tom, who helped us with planning our trips to Halong Bay, Ha Giang Loop and Ninh Binh. He listened to our preference and prepared everything for us. There was no problem with communication and everything was smooth. We felt like he is always there for us, if we needed any help. Thank you again for making our trip memorable.

Friendly welcome and good room.Bathroom not convenient for older persons with too high step and shower curtain

Good location and friendly staff. Good room, despite the crowds in the area, you don't notice much of it in the room. The pool is too big a word for some kind of jacuzzi.
Breakfast fine and plenty of choice. Bathroom not suitable for older people. Overstep and shower curtain
