Wonderful friendly engagement with all the staff from the front desk to the casino workers. Room was fantastic & we had fun gambling.

The hotel was in fairly good condition. My issue was that the water in my room was less than lukewarm. Notified the front desk and their response was that “they’d let maintenance know”.. a lot of good that does when your away from home and paying for a room that doesn’t have hot water.. to me that’s a deal breaker.

My stay at Harlows was excellent. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom sealed the deal.

My and a friend of mine stayed here it was ok the tub won't drain and the lady who checked him in allowed him to use my debit card for the incidentals which I couldn't understand I'm a manager at an hotel and that's a no go. On top of that I'm still waiting for my 100 dollar deposit I stayed there November the 21 it's Dec the 4 and I'm still waiting. I won't be back and I don't recommended!! I give the 2 stars!
