Great location, lovely stay.
Check in was smooth, hotel staff are very friendly.
We didn’t hire a car for this stay as we were only there for 10 nights. The hotel provided shuttle service was brilliant, and lyfts to Disney parks there and back were cheaper than paying for parking at Disney! Lyft to idrive ranged from $5-$7. So a great location to get everywhere.
Hotel restaurants and bar were great, and the on site Starbucks for a morning coffee was ideal.
Pool areas are brilliant, with lovely service staff.
My only negative for the whole stay would be the New Years Eve buffet. There was some lovely food, but all the hot food we had was stone cold! Great tasting beef and mash and asparagus, but all cold. That was a disappointment.
We all said we would happily return to Rosen Shingle Creek.

A great hotel complex
There are several restaurants and also a shop. Prices are as usual in the US in upscale mediocre. Directly opposite the hotel are several restaurants fast food stores and a Publix.
There is a separate charge for the parking

Average hotel, thinks it’s better than it is.
I dont mind having to pay over the odds in holiday, and in some countries it’s expected. However, the price of food and drink in this hotel is way over the top and the quality is nothing special.
It’s a business conference hotel and that’s it - don’t go there if you want to feel like you’re on holiday as you won’t.
The rooms are old and dated - the shower dripped permanently and the bath would just about fit a toddler. You don’t even get a free bottle of water in the room.
If you’re going to Disney or Universal I’d suggest you try and stay on the park or on International Drive as you’ll spend a fortune in cabs otherwise. There is a bus to Universal but that takes an hour!
