Many thanks for your review. We are glad our team were there for you, you enjoyed your spacious room and location to the train, which is a plus! Our restaurant will be relaunched next month, so please stay tuned for it. We do have washcloths on hand, were you able to request them? Some suites have microwave/fridge, but for the future if you ever need one please let our team know so we can bring it to your room. We do have security as well. As for the bathrooms, we will rectify with our team as cleanliness is important to us.We do hope you give us another chance in the near future once we have our restaurant open next month.
