Perfect Wine Country Retreat!
We visited the weekend after Thanksgiving when Ashtabula county received 3 feet of snow and it was perfect. Easy entry and access. Private and welcoming. Secure parking on the property. Stayed in the king suite, loved the whirlpool tub and huge space. Kate and Joe were perfect hosts and make a great breakfast. The snow was cleaned up straight away and even offered us to stay beyond the check out to allow the roads to be cleared. All in all a wonderful stay and will certainly be back.

Wine trip stay
My husband and I stayed for just one night on our visit to the area's wineries.
We enjoyed our stay very much. The keyless entry into the main house and individual room was very convenient and easy. Our room was lovely, we stayed in the Balcony room. The view of the acreage in the back was so pretty and peaceful. Our room was large and well appointed. There were even 2 chocolate cookies to welcome us.
In the morning we were expecting a continental breakfast as was stated on the website. However, we went downstairs to the kitchen to find that Joe had made us delicious breakfast sandwiches, a side of bacon, and a hash brown patty. It was delicious. This is in addition to muffins, yogurt, cereal, coffee, and other snacks that were also available. Joe was very friendly, and when we expressed an interest, told us the history of the property.
We are planning on staying again next fall on our annual "wine trip."

Wonderful Girls Trip to Ohio's Wine Country!
Amazing stay at The Warner Concord Farms B&B! We did a girls trip to Ohio's wine country region and booked a 2-night stay at this gem. They have a double queen room which was perfect for our girls trip. The room was huge and offered plenty of space for all of us. A bonus was having the large back balcony right off our room which overlooked the vineyards, horse pasture and the many acers this property is on. Saturday and Sunday offers a full homemade breakfast. Joe (one of the owners) was wonderful with giving the history of the home and suggestions on which wineries to hit. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for the day (water, snacks). The room had a Keurig, coffee pods, sugar & creamer and a mini fridge which was great for our wine storage. If we ever make our way back for another trip to Ohio's wine country I would be thrilled to stay here again! Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

An amazing place to spend time and relax
Its hard to write a review for a place that was so enjoyable, but here is just a few of my insights about this Bed and Breakfast. I have never stayed at a place that was more comfortable and felt like a home away from as Warner Concord Farms. Being in the middle of so many winerys and just minutes from the beaches of Lake Eire makes for a relaxed and fun place to spend some time away from the daily grind of the typical 9 to 5. The amenities are great, the hosts are outstanding folks, and the breakfast in the morning just leaves you wondering why you didn't stay here before. I can honestly say that this is easily the most relaxing, warm and inviting place I have ever been, and the hosts were just amazing people who welcomed everyone with open arms. I can't say enough about how great the experience was and just how nice it was to be in the heart of all the winerys and the history of northern Ohio. If you want to go to wine county and have a great time and have a great host, Warner Concord Farms Bed & Breakfast is the place to be.

Surprisingly spacious B&B in Geneva, Ohio
We needed a quiet get away close to home with a farm house feel and good country views. This place is awesome - beautiful entry way, lots of warm woodwork throughout, an open kitchen plan with a
"Help yourself " sign to coffee or tea, muffins, granola bars and cookies, juices and bottled water...very much appreciated.
Our room had a bay window on one wall and a writing desk in the corner, sky lights over the kingsize bed and over the jacuzzi in the bathroom, a separate patio with windows overlooking the farm, the vineyard and the horse pasture. We had reading nook with a comfortable couch and books on the shelf in the hallway. Each of the rooms has a refrigerator and a coffee and tea station. Joe was very personable spending a lot of time telling us of the history of the place, the previous owners and the plans to grow.
It was a wonderful two day vacation. Geneva on the Lake and produce farms are close ... but we mostly just took it easy with a big smile and the hope of returning.
