We loved the hotel and location couldn’t complain. The breakfast was amazing. Staff nice and hotel very clean. We did only have a problem with out thermostat and heat the whole time and blew cold air and was pretty chilly outside. Other than that great stay. Would stay again :)

It would be nice to have one king sized bed and one queen as an option with the double rooms. And to have room service as an option as well.

Spied On, Discriminated Against, Kicked Out Sans Explanation

I will begin with the room being very nice. I was satisfied with the hotel at first. The 7th day, however, destroyed any positives due to the insidious actions of the hotel. Without a complaint against ever being brought to my attention, the hotel kicked me out with 7 days left on my reservation. The only explanation that I received was that the hotel has "secret security," and I was the target of a clandestine investigation that nobody can talk about with me. Not one complaint was brought to my attention for 7 whole days, but there was an investigation being conducted on me using methods that seem to have violated my privacy or illegally discriminated against me in some way.
My attempts to get clarification about this matter have been in vain. The manager of hotel is never there to speak with me. The customer service department are glorified note takers because they can't give me an answer. Why did this hotel secretly spy on me and what methods did they use to spy on me? Why was I chosen to be the target of this secret security? Why did the hotel staff act like they didn't know what was going on while talking amongst each other about it? This can't be acceptable behavior by a business that depends on people believing that guests privacy matters to them. I'm thinking that this hotel may have done some things that would cause people to never trust therm again.
