We fun staying at your hotel. The only thing was the hot tub was not inside the hotel. My husband thought is warm not hot.
The other thing that went downhill we had breakfast in your dining room. They used to have eggs cooked not eggs came out of powder. The rest was wonderful!

Everything was ok until housekeeper told us to change our own garbage and our own trash . We had no problem doing but when we ask for new towels she told us to call front desk. I left msg for head of housekeeping department. No one call. I left a makeup bag talk to manager from front desk who guaranteed a call back is been a week.

I would not stay at this hotel again. If you are looking for an affordable option and have kids it is okay.
The staff wasn’t always friendly, the room had half a roll of toilet paper left when I checked in, without any extra rolls in the room.
The pool closed the second day of my stay and remained closed. I picked the hotel for the indoor pool and the proximity to shops. and that was a reason I picked the hotel. The ice machine was broken. Each of these incidents had signs “sorry for the inconvenience.”
The beds are very uncomfortable and it looks like they haven’t put any money into the hotel for awhile.
The walls are very thin.

It was a nice stay. Jacuzzi in room was a bonus! Room was clean with exception of air vent in bathroom and ac grill were very dirty. We had dinner in hotel restaurant the first night because we were tried hungry and didn’t feel like driving anywhere. Food was good but service was very very slow.

Very Nice hotel with great pool hot tub area for year round visiting. Hotel room heating system was not controllable leading to a very uncomfortable night and poor sleep. Management was very understanding and refunded us the amenity fee. I would stay here again even with the low comfort rating but it is something to consider
