This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. If the credit card does not have funds available, the reservation will be cancelled no later than 18:00 hours on the day of arrival. Our complimentary shuttle runs to destinations like Branch Avenue Metro Station, Joint Base Andrews (main gate), and the USCIS office, Monday through Friday from 7 am to noon and from 4 pm to 9 pm. At check in, a fee of 100 USD will be charged for incidentals.
Guests must provide own credit card which matches name of reservation when checking in. The hotel will pre-authorize your card and the pre-authorization will be released if there are no extra charges or damage to the room when checking out.
