When I complained I was told, “ Well we are an original hotel.” Like that was supposed to sound better than “old unkept room”. We were given a different room on the first floor which was a little better. I felt it was a punishment for complaining because you could hear people in lobby, staff going in and out of maintenance room, vacuum going and all this late into the night. Mattresses are not comfortable, they are just thick foam. Breakfast isn’t good either.
And for being a non-smoking hotel you can smell smoke in the hallways. Room service never came. I can go on and on. For the amount you pay, it’s a waste of money.

found a broken glass crack pipe next to my door (sorry no pic) told front desk and thay cleaned it pretty quickly

its seemingly a halfway house. many displaced peoples live here
