One night only

A one night stay on the way to Cornwall, first the hot tub, excellent red hot and my daughter loved it. The accommodation was perfect for the one night we were there, a bonus for me no TV, just a great view in a well sheltered area next to the cabin, the cabin was very clean and tidy and would sleep 4 easily, we were met by the owner, her many lovely dogs, everything was explained . Disgusting, terrible, AVOID AT ALL COSTS

The most ignorant money grabbers I have ever met. The place is a dump. No facilities and a disgusting place. It has been set up just to take peoples money on line and then refuse refunds when you arrive and leave because it is crap.
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS
Their attitude is "if you don't like it, you can leave. You're not getting a refund"

Diabolical overpriced

Absolutely diabolical. No facilities. No information on website. Hot tub terrible. Out of date condiments left by other guests. 1 out of date March 23. Not clean. Over priced. Don't waste your money.

Awful

Old bedding. Hot tub wasn’t pre heated and didn’t even get to moderately warm temperatures. Would not recommend. Isn’t even a hot tub you have to do so much work to even get it remotely warm. Stay at home have a hot bath and save your money!

Rude and unhelpful money grabbers!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This was booked as a Christmas present for my partner. Four days before our stay both myself and my partner came down with the flu, so I messaged the host asking if we could change the dates. She replied stating that she didn’t deal with bookings and we’d need to request a date change through booking.com directly; which I did. Two days passed and I’d recieved no response and booking.com explained that they hadn’t recieved a response from the hosts themselves. I messaged the host via booking.com prompting a response, which I received no reply, so I contacted her via the mobile number provided through booking.com. Once I managed to get in contact, she was extremely rude and unhelpful and refused to accommodate my date change for a week later. Her only advice was that I cancel the booking, lose my money, and if she resold the room she’d refund me and I could rebook- which I declined. And after reading other reviews it seems unlikely that I’d have ever revived that refund! Extremely un-accommodating and not a good way to run a business.
