這家酒店最大的不同是沒有住過的其它總理客棧,乾淨&舒適有標準的裝飾。 工作人員都非常愉快和友好的。 這家酒店是在一個方便的位置的親戚和我們去參加一個家庭聚會。 我不會說這是一個便宜的地方,似乎是很遠離天總理客棧便宜的房間。 我不知道我是否完全按照他們所說的要做夏天的牀上用品。 房間裏有一個摺疊的牀單牀角如果你覺得需要或者另一個選擇是衣櫃裏的羽絨被。 你要到牀的牀單自己不夠的雖然有過一個非常熱的一天。 羽絨被另一方面我發現它很難電梯實在是太重了。 我覺得是一個夏季羽絨被應該更加適合一些。 隔壁的早餐也很好,我們選擇了歐式的而不是全套的英式早餐,有很多選擇和離開的時候感到非常滿意。

很棒的房間和餐廳裏的食物很棒！ 最大的問題就是到處都是停車場的車輛和門鎖的聲音就走到我的車讓我驚喜的是第二天早上的鎖頭之類是我加入他們！ 他們沒有發生這種情況且沒有額外的安全措施到位。 很好的酒店但是如果你不想你的車壞了

Whilst we can not accept liability or responsibility for any damage or theft that occurs in the car park, I have raised your comments with the Hotel Management Team for their consideration.

過時了
自從我們上次來這裏已經有3年了。 Derby會議已經停了好幾次。 在辦入住手續的那位女士非常好和非常樂於助人。 一定要說的是過去的幾年裏這家酒店已經很舊而且過時了。 走廊的地毯很破舊。 房間是通常的總理客棧的風格但是只看起來過時了。 雖然很安靜。 我們的主要問題就是熱。 這是一個炎熱的週末沒有空調和4上午是在我們到之前都沒睡着。 此操作將停止讓我們再來的。 前一天晚上我們在餐廳吃了一頓不錯的飯有一個非常合理的價格。 總之一個無眠的旅行在一個過時的酒店。

I am sorry to hear you did not enjoy your experience staying with us as it was not up to the standards you were expecting. We aim to ensure every stay is perfect and so I apologise we let you down on this occasion.
I apologise you felt the hotel was dated and in need of some TLC.
We wish to offer our guests the same standard throughout our hotels and to ensure this is the case we have plans of refurbishments works to be carried out for all our older hotels and rooms.
Please be assured I have passed your feedback on to the Manager of the hotel . I hope if you were to stay again in the future, that you are welcomed by a fresher and more modern hotel.
It is also disappointing to hear, your stay was spoilt by your room being too hot. As we don't yet have air conditioning installed at our hotel we have measures in place including thinner sheets and fans to help keep the room cool so it's very sad these weren't able to help on this occasion. While we don't have any current plans to install air con we'll be sure to take your comments on board during our next refurb review.
In future, our Reception desk is manned 24/7 and the team are on hand to help resolve any issues you may have during your stay, please do not hesitate to speak to the team to help.
Once again, I apologise for the disappointment caused and hope to welcome you to one of our other hotels again in the future.

不錯的酒店
不錯的酒店但有其他客人的噪音讓我們工作在晚上和早上很早的時候。 房間很近所以客人不得不穿過大門。 非常舒適的牀和房間都很乾淨。

可愛的酒店還有友好的員工,漂亮舒適的房間有非常舒適的牀。 唯一的缺點就是房間太熱了窗戶只能打開一小部分風扇並沒有真正的幫助。 餐廳的工作人員都很友好和食物也很好，
