Avoid avoid avoid! It's a scam
Avoid at all costs!!!!
I was meant to stay from 29-1st of June, but the conditions of the accomodation were so unsafe and under par that I left and booked accommodation elsewhere.
I was charged £284.55 for what looked like sheltered housing with lack of security and all the fixtures in the room were either broken or below standards of booking.com accomodation.
The buildings structure itself was compromised and both front doors were left unlocked. The porch smelt of urine and was dirty with mail piling up.
Only 2 days before my arrival was I sent a pre-registration form. I was charged an additional £100 holding fee for "keys" that I was not given. I was messaging the property for several weeks on the run up to my stay for the door code.
I was standing outside the flat door on the phone to Angel for the code who was reluctant to let me in saying they hadn't received the pre registration fo and I'd had to fill it out again. I told her that I wasn't going to do that, I had been charged for £100 holding fee and had transaction proof. I honestly thought she was going to hang up or leave me stranded. And that was the second phone call as minutes before she left me on hold and then hung up.
Now contacting booking.com customer service to get a refund. Because whatever that was, it wasn't worth even £30 per night. Shocking. Absolutely shocking.
I feel like I have been completely ripped off and I don't want that booking.coms reputation tainted by this situation but it was bad. And as a young female, had I been alone travelling, I would've been scared.

Would never book again - heartless money grabbers
Due to our friend who was travelling from overseas suffering the loss of their child and no longer travelling we tried to cancel our stay in August back in July giving well over a months notice - however they claimed they never got the request from Booking.com (despite being sent evidence) and just callously replied that they would be adhering to their full charge cancellation policy. Within 12 hours our room was already back up on booking .com for more than we paid for it .Having read the other reviews I can now understand why - they are all about cashing in - take your money upfront and done. Judging by other reviews we probably lucked out in not having to stay there despite the financial loss.

Unhygienic, Unsafe, Uninhabitable. This needs to be removed from all advertisment sites are putting people at risk.
Arrived at the 'Luxury Suits' myself husband and friend to attend a gig at Wembley Stadium. The location was the only accurate piece of information given in the sales description. This 'luxury Suits' was a bedsit, on entry to the property we were instantly hit with a smell. There were fuse boxes outside the room door which was hanging off the wall. Everything went downhill from there. The smell on entering the room was atrocious, we could not have spent any time in there, tried to put on a lamp they had no bulbs, opened the door to the shower room the smell was coming from their. The smell coming from the soil pipe was vile. Other people had arrived at the other apartments and also were struggling with the poor conditions. We immediately booked a hotel which was expensive, booked an Uber and left. If you are thinking of booking this please don't keep your money, it is nothing short of slim landlord level. It has 1 star only so I can review for others to be aware. Booking sites should be responsible for the properties they promote. The only luxury we experienced at this property was the gasp of air we had when we fled outside onto the driveway. Anyone with children do not even consider this property it's filthy, substandard throughout and smells like a sewer. Price is also inflated for Wembley events, which I know is standard but to be ripped off at a normal rate is bad enough but 300 pounds for such a property is criminal. Would share pics but did not stay indoors long enough. See Google reviews of same property for photos, they seriously do not match any on the promotion sites. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

I wouldn't book or stay here if it was free!!!! Horrible experience
absolutely filthy, no hot water, no wifi, no front reception desk to speak too.
Drain clogged in the shower, I tried to unclog it, filthy disgusting.
Refused to refund me my money.
Bed mattress terrible, sofa bed covered in stains......
No luxury at all!!!!!

No where near luxury AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS
broken pipe work outside, builders in the next room drilling away, leaking water in the ceiling from someone having a shower in the above property, uncomfortable bed so this place is far from luxury having to slide down the bed just to get out of it, only stopped here for the england game otherwise i would not have bothered, photos of the advert make out its nice and clean etc but its a con nothing like the photos and thats haw they fool people, could not open the door from the inside had to open the window to reach the handle from the outside and let myself out the room
