The apartment is spacious and there is coffee machine provided. There are some utensils where you can cook your meal but no salt pepper or oil provided. Washing machine and free parking is a bonus.
The service is within walking distance to train stations, there are buses around where you can easily get to London central. Tesco is not far away, just some minutes walk. Overall I think it is a nice place to stay.

I arrived to a warm apartment but with a fan in the room & turned on, which was appreciated.
The electric charging in the car park was not working so I was unable to charge my vehicle, I had this issue last time & noticed that no one else was charging.
A suggestion of improvement would be to include which building you are in by talking about the car park, if you arrive by car it isn’t always obvious if you need to be entering from the top or bottom of the car park. I have experienced guests wandering aimlessly in the past for this reason. I still struggle to be clear (after circa 10 visits) to be clear on this point
