令人失望的狗吠
向接待處報告，他們基本上不願意做任何事情。
遺憾的是，作為IHG大獎的白金會員，其認可度也最低。

Thank you for your comments, I can understand your frustration and unfortunately we are a pet friendly hotel and have very little control over people with pets but I will be sure to speak to the reception team about their handling of the situation. Nice hotel good location,
The one thing that let this hotel down was the food in the bar. Margarita pizza was served lukewarm and was pretty poor quality even for a frozen pizza. The fish and chips was just weird. The batter was rock hard but the palest colour. Chips were ok. We ate it as it was late and we were hungry but was disappointing. Bar selection was good, a bit pricey though.
