5 stars holidays
Family vacation with two small kids in winter time. Wonderful hotel with cozy bars and lounge. Very friendly staff and with authentic kindness. Was a real pleasure.
The duplex suites are amazing and very comfortable with kids. Definitely great food and restaurant.
The Thyon valley and Veysonaz / Nandaz valleys are great skiing domains with sunny slopes all day and slopes for all kinds of ski-levels.
Suisse ski school is well organized and kids love it.

Nice but needs improvement for **** stars
The hotel is really beautiful. Incredible decoration Bravo to the decorator(s) or architect(s)!!!!
The rooms are small but very well appointed.
But a lot of things to see again
1.
Access to the baths is not linked to the hotel. It's not great and doesn't (at all) give a good picture. It would be better to increase the price of rooms a choullla and include access.
2.
the “care” of the rooms is very average, they make the beds wildly and the room is not tidy
3.
Paid parking...well the rack continues.
4.
The restaurant “Stübli” which offers cheese (racelette and fondue) has a really limited choice especially for fondues (1 only). After I'm not sure they know how to make fondue...
Then the potatoes for the raclette are in an open bowl. After 5’ c is cold
No bcp of pepper...you have to fight
The staff is friendly but frankly not enough.
Other than that super well placed for skiing
Everything is perfect, the local ski etc..frankly awesome
It would be enough not much

We stayed at the Eringer Hotel over New Year for three nights. As first-time visitors to Switzerland, we were aiming for relaxation and sightseeing. While the stunning panoramic views from our top-floor room were the trip highlights, the stay was marred by poor communication and disorganised operations.
The hotel offers breathtaking mountain views, with magical sunrises and snowy landscapes. Spa access is included (one voucher per person per day). Evening visits were more enjoyable due to fewer crowds.
Transport Challenges: Getting to the hotel is difficult. Buses (routes 371/372) from Sion run infrequently (up to 2-hour waits). Free bus passes through the host card are limited to the local area (Thyon 2000) and don’t cover trips to Sion, creating confusion as this wasn’t explained anywhere. Remote location.
Lack of Communication: No pre-arrival information was provided. Key details (menus & spa rules) weren’t shared at check-in, and most information is in French. Guests must scan a QR code to access details, but we were not prompted to do so.
Spa Issues: The public spa can be overcrowded. No lockers made available to hotel guests and towels costing CHF 5. One entry per day is allowed.
Food: Breakfast is basic with limited options, and spa restaurant meals were overpriced and poor quality.
Tips:
Check transport schedules in advance, don’t rely on Google Map. Pack snacks to avoid overpriced foods. Breathtaking views, but the service may frustrate first-time visitors.

New Year's Eve with friends
To celebrate the passage of 2025, we decided to go to the mountains. The staff is very helpful. The room is clean and the view is beautiful. The New Year's Eve meal was excellent. The hotel has parking but it is quickly saturated because of the baths.

New Year with friends
Beautiful stay with friends. The staff is very friendly and very attentive. Beautiful room with breathtaking views of the mountains. The New Year's menu (with 2 choices starter and main course) very good, beautiful and original, excellent value for money.
