The light cleaning includes clearing thrash, change of towels, making of the bed and top up of amenities. We seek your kind understanding in this matter. --We sincerely apologise for the intermittent Wi-Fi connection you experienced, and the inconvenience caused to you. We understand that Wi-Fi connectivity is important for our guests regardless of work or leisure purposes. Please allow us to assure you we are currently working with our service provider on improvement plans for the Wi-Fi connectivity at our experience-led social living property and we sincerely hope the increased bandwidth and improved settings will provide our guests with seamless internet connection soon. --We would like to inform you that the TVs in our rooms are equipped for Chromecast use only and do not have traditional TV channels. This allows our guests to stream their favorite content directly from their personal devices, providing a more personalised entertainment experience. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your understanding. --We sincerely apologise for the discomfort caused to you by the soundproofing of our rooms. We understand the importance of meaningful rest and thus, we do provide ear plugs for free to our residents!
