要適當的喜來登酒店
一個非常不錯的度假村有一個非常小的沙灘沒有海浪（非常適合觀看您的孩子）和有很多有陰涼的空間在海面上看到很棒的景色,就在你的面前。 是浮潛的好地方。 潛水俱樂部。 沒有放棄。 策略！
這裏的服務很周到,食物也很美味,飲料很冰和雀巢咖啡很棒。 記得要帶上防蚊噴霧爲您的皮膚和房間。
我們有一個很棒的短假期宮區但是又遠離這一切。 很快就變得又熱又潮溼的冬天外面非常完美。

需要改進的地方
房間裏的保險箱沒有正常工作這兩天終於修好了。 沒有收到一份報紙直到第4天這是我要求的6天的住宿。
在配樓的房間很吵,又黑又很"累"。
餐廳裏的早餐是不可用由於齋月,我尊重,但唯一的選擇就是昂貴的客房服務。

I am very sorry to read that you have not enjoyed your stay and first and foremost please accept my most sincere apologies for the inconvenience we have caused you. I have dully noted your remarks on our associates attitude and service levels and I have passed them on to the respective department heads in order for them to fix the issues at hand. With regards to meal service during the Holy Month of Ramadan kindly note that we are forbidden by law to serve any food or beverage items in public places and due to this the only option available to our non fasting clients is Room Service.
I want to thank you for bringing your concerns to my attention as it allows me to measure the effectiveness of our product & services in order to make the necessary changes to ensure that we obtain a perfect level of guest satisfaction.

Unrespect attitude
Tge reception man is not welcoming the gust and dealing with badly dealling with people in rode as not a guest .
Give me a very bad option for my room and put all obstacles to not change it or even to apologise . After waiting one and a half hours to check. (In the regular timing )
Even after showing my dis acceptance for the room. The reception man deals with me badly with unrespect attitude.
