The cut off check in time is 11PM – Should you check in after these times without providing any details you will be charged a $50.00 Call-out Fee. Please note that there is a 2% charge when you pay with a Visa or MasterCard credit card. Please note that there is a 3.5% charge when you pay with an American Express credit card. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please note that all rooms offer king-size beds except for the Twin Studio. A limited number of rooms can have the bed split into 2 single beds for an extra charge of NZ$25. This must be arranged at least 24 hours in advance. You can request this in the Special Requests Box at the time of booking, or contact the property using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Please note that car parking is limited and you must reserve a space in advance. Parking cost $25.00 per night, per car.
