Thank You for choosing our hotel for stay during your travel at Kuala Terengganu. First of all we glad that you find our hotel location is strategic at center of the town. however, please allow to personally apologize you for the unpleasant experience that you had during your stay at our hotel, we will take a serious action with this matter. Regarding about the drinking water that we provide each of the room , for your information we always change that drinking water regularly and always make sure that water dispenser is clean to use.

它坐落在一個翻新的商店，所以你附近有餐廳和便利店。他們也有自己的停車場，所以它更容易，而不是停在路邊。
優點
接待員通過電話和親自友好。
他滿足了我們的延遲入住申請，辦理入住手續順利
床很柔軟舒適，空調運行良好，所以我的夜晚也不錯。
熱水正在工作，他們在房間裡有一個礦泉水飲水機。
缺點
但是，我房間的馬桶座很髒。對我來說是完全不可接受的！這不是公共廁所！來到你自己的酒店房間，遇到一個臟馬桶座，完全破壞了我的心情。
洗手間的角落裡還有蜥蜴糞便，這讓人非常討厭。 Esp考慮到我和我一起生了小孩。
總而言之，這不是我糟糕的酒店體驗，我們只在這裡待了大約8個小時，所以這是可以忍受的，但我絕對不會推薦這個地方。
也許如果管理層在清潔方面付出更多的努力，這個地方會更好，但實際上，這有點令人失望。

First of all we would like to apologize about the issue that you are facing during your stayed. As per our responsibility, we will check about this issue and will take action immediately. Our housekeeping supervisor will find out what is the problem with the chambermaid that duty during that time.
By the way, we advised, if you are facing the problem upon check in, please immediately informed our receptionist so they can settled your problem straight away for example change the room (if necessary). We are very happy if you can give us second chance to serve you better next time. Thank you for your support.

清真寺的聲音在早上5點40分，但在兩個咖啡館附近
不是很多商店，但下面至少有兩家不錯的咖啡館。
在鎮附近，但是是一個死鎮。靠近海灘，但te海灘很髒。
不建議遊客，但對當地遊客有好處。

Thank you for choosing to stayed with us during your vacation. We are very happy to heard that our hotel is clean even though we are only budget hotel. For your information, our state formerly known as Islamic state so, the sound that you heard from mosque it's called "Azan" or recite the Quran. This sound is normal for us but may be not for you, we understood. But may be you can put this culture as your most valuable experience during your travel. Thank you for your support.
