Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent stay at our hotel. I am genuinely sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations.
The marble surfaces in our bathrooms have aged over time, which can sometimes create the appearance of mold, although we assure you that we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene. I understand how this could be concerning, and we are currently reviewing our cleaning procedures and renovation plans to ensure we provide a more satisfactory experience for all our guests.

門明顯濕氣泡到發漲，酒店變成環保酒店，要補給只能在房間call housekeeper,水也要回房間取
Check in手續非常慢
沙灘的水有大大舊石頭 建議拍照用

酒店政策是分為本地人及外國人？? 預訂房時Trips 平台是預設定爲本地人（目測7 0 ％是外國人），如果沒有留意没更改為外國人，到酒店check in 時會要求保差價M250/房！ 但在幾天前預訂房間時，本地人／外國人 是同價格，到當天check in 時外國人要收貴些為何？? 本地人用身份證預約，公車／入場費都平些我都明白，酒店確認我們入住時申請時，應該知道我們是外國人／用護照登記，酒店沒有作出反應？？忘記／忙／不作為！！
酒店服務很好，員工熱心幫助。設施有三個泳池🏊♀️，兩個海灘🏝️看魚仔。晚餐食物一般，好嘢冇潻加！

房間方面:房間是有重新整修過的,住起來算舒服乾淨,但是浴室無法翻新,所以稍微看得出有年紀了,面對高爾夫球場景觀無敵,wifi很慢,只有1.4MB哈哈
餐廳方面:菜色齊全,但每天都人很多
服務方面:工作人員都很友善
