令人難以置信的酒店；一流的服務

2020年2月一家五口住;工作人員再也不能提供更多幫助和友善。房間很大，設備齊全。游泳池很棒，食物也是一大亮點。順便說一句，我很高興看到很少使用的塑料-玻璃瓶中裝著水。強烈推薦

近くから深夜までうるさい音楽が3泊ともながれていましたが、その他はとても快適で朝食もおいしかったです。スタッフも親切でした。

Luxurious Stay!

Our stay at Luang Say Residence was exceptional. Despite arriving early, the friendly staff warmly welcomed us with refreshments and promptly checked us into our beautifully decorated rooms. The French Colonial architecture was charming, and the rooms were comfortable with thoughtful touches like separate toilet closets and excellent shower pressure. The restaurant offered a delicious menu with both Western and Asian options (the eggs benedict was a standout!).
The hotel grounds were lush and inviting, and the pool was a refreshing respite from the heat. While the shuttle service has limited hours, the hotel is conveniently located near the downtown area and markets.
The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. We highly recommend Luang Say Residence for a relaxing and enjoyable experience in Luang Prabang.

Stop along the way on our trip through Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand and Laos

This a very unique hotel with a total of 4 rooms in each of 8 residences. The residences are older, 2 storey, dwelling style structures, that have a very character decor. Large rooms, well appointed, comfortable beds, extra large bathrooms. Main building has a wonderful restaurant, with indoor and porch style dining experience. Lounge was exceptional, with great old "mens club" atmosphere. Very large pool. Not within walking distance of most shopping and restaurants, but a short taxi or tuk tuk ride away. A very quiet location, great atmosphere, great staff and serene grounds with lots of landscaping and character.

The Real deal hotel stay in Lang Prabang

This hotel is well preserved and oozes French colonial classic elegance with it’s solid wood furniture pieces in every room. Loved our stay there . The mosquito netting around every bed adds a touch of authenticity and actually is needed since the little critters are in evidence during the warmer months. Setting your A/C very cold effectively discourages them as well. So not a problem during our visit in February.
We enjoyed our breakfasts at Lang Say very much . We were well watered and fed by the hotel staff prior to each tour outing every day. The hotel was a convenient base for exploring the tourist attractions of Luang Prabang i.e Royal palace museum and various temples . Highly recommend the hotel especially if you are a history buff.
