職員非常友善，會為你熱情介紹酒店設施。
第二天不幸因天氣原因導致纜車停駛。職員們會主動跟你跟進纜車開放時間，還會主動詢問你是否有其他預約，如巴士，他們會因應天氣狀況而為你推斷是否需要延後預約。

風景美麗，山巒起伏，是上木曾最好的山屋，極力推薦。

優質的服務和舒適的酒店。
酒店坐落在一個美麗的山區。通過繩索方便訪問。我們在這裡住了一晚，然後在我們到達的那天繼續攀登。酒店設有公共浴室，在白天進行冷爬之後，您可以享受溫暖的浴缸。晚餐和早餐也很棒！

Iit was cloudy and snowy on arrival, but we were rewarded with clear sky early next morning and able to enjoy a clear view of sun rise.
Short circular footpath around the hotel was enough for travelers like us to take pictures of the snowy mountain and viewing sun rise via direct access from hotel. Letting us able to handle the climate with regular trek coat and shoes , with easy access to shelter. 😊
There were of course other climbers with snow mountain climbing gear , using the hotel as base camp to go further. 🙂
There were limited options on what else you can do on the spot though, if you were hit by weather and have to stay indoor , there will be limited options to pass time.

Wonderful stay at a spectacular location
We spent a night here to hike to the top of Mt Kiso - Komagatake. I seriously recommend a night stay here as it includes a delicious and huge dinner and breakfast. There is also an onsen to lead after the hike. The views from the rooms are amazing as you look out at the Senjojiki Cirque. The room set up is Japanese style using tatami mats, but they are comfortable and the quilt I’d very warm. The dining area also overlooks the beautiful mountains. Being able to see sunset and sunrise is wonderful. We had a special time here.
