Clean and welcoming B&B - fantastic breakfast
We had never been to the Terre di Canossa area.
We booked at the B&B L'Uva Fragolina, 2 nights 26 and 27 April, driven by the reviews and the choice paid off in every way.
From there you can quickly reach Canossa and the surrounding castles, the Pietra di Bismantova and the surrounding villages.
Mrs. Luciana manages it with passion and is extremely helpful.
Fantastic breakfast. His particular jams are a delight.
The environment is welcoming.
We were particularly struck by the cleanliness, clearly above the average for B&Bs.
Testimony to the care and passion that Mrs. Luciana dedicates to her work.

Not for me
I booked this property relying on reviews, they looked good.
Personally I was not comfortable, the room very warm, no air conditioning or fan, typical retro apartment room, with the smell of mothballs in the closet, impossible to store clothing.
I was asked with message on the day of my arrival a supplement for the private bathroom, otherwise I would have had one sharing, inappropriate and unprofessional, on arrival I discovered that we were the only guests of the property.
Definitely poor breakfast, many homemade cakes beautiful appearance but inedible, too many days that were brought to the table.
The lady decidedly too friendly, considering that while trying to have breakfast, also with supplement and definitely expensive, praised his work for the preparation of homemade jams.
Fortunately it was for one night only.
Sicuramente non ci tornerò!!!!!

Missed jam
Very good breakfast, but very basic room and no television, in the package there was a gift that the owner did not want to give me citing an apology.
Overall experience not satisfactory for the rental and for the lies.

Quando effettua una prenotazione con un cofanetto regalo ,le consiglio di guardare sempre il sito della struttura selezionata , perché le permette di vedere dov'è situato il B&B , di vedere il tipo di struttura , la tipologia delle camere , il tipo di arredamento e anche le motivazioni che portano il gestore a scegliere quel determinato tipo di arredamento piuttosto che un altro , come nel mio caso , tra cui anche la motivazione di non avere nessun apparecchio televisivo . Così da non perdere tempo in inutili critiche e lamentele . Per quanto riguarda l'omaggio , mi sembra molto strano di aver trovato scuse per non donarlo perché ne abbiamo in esubero e io sono sempre molto ligia ad elargire l'omaggio dov'è compreso nel cofanetto . Mi scuso se è stata una mancanza o una dimenticanza , se mi fornisce l'indirizzo per esteso le verrà recapitato a domicilio , però me lo poteva ricordare finché era in struttura senza scrivere una recensione dove mi offende pubblicamente dandomi della bugiarda . Per le prossime recensioni le consiglio di vagliare meglio gli appellativi perché con gestori meno tolleranti potrebbe rischiare una denuncia ! Rimanendo sulla linea bugie/verità le ricordo che il suo cofanetto era stato registrato per essere evaso il 23 /6/24 ma, a ridosso della data e dietro sua esplicita richiesta, è stato spostato di una settimana esattamente il 30/6/24 .Le preciso che per regola io non sono tenuta ad evadere i cofanetti dopo la data fissata , per cui senza la mia disponibilità , buon cuore e fatica a incastrare e spostare altre prenotazioni voi non avreste potuto usufruire del vostro cofanetto che sarebbe andato perso . Tutto questo per compensare le mie bugie con le sue mancate verità . La ringrazio di avermi dato la possibilità di chiarire anche ad altri potenziali ospiti questi piccoli dettagli , le auguro un buon proseguimento di vita . Luciana Bertolini

Heart and professionalism
We relied on this structure for a one-night stay on the occasion of the Pinguini Tattici Nucleari concert in Campovolo.
The bed and breakfast is about an hour from Campovolo, but offers an exceptional return shuttle service which becomes essential for those of us who are not local and don't know how to navigate, especially in the heavy traffic due to the concert.
Mrs Luciana, her daughter and her partner Elia proved to be truly fantastic people both in terms of their kindness and courtesy and their professionalism in organizing everything down to the smallest detail.
The structure is welcoming and clean and the breakfast was satisfying and rich... the homemade cakes made by Mrs. Luciana are the top!
It is certainly thanks to them that our first experience in Campovolo proved to be simple and organised, without excessive stress and effort.
When we return to the area, perhaps for other concerts, we will absolutely rely on them! You can see it when people work with passion and put their heart into what they do!
