酒店整體服務人員態度非常親切，每個人員都有親切笑容跟你打招呼。酒店整體環境不錯，設施也很多，唯獨房間裝修比較舊，和房間清潔的服務有待改善（衛生間馬桶應該入住了6晚都沒有清洗），毛巾有點發黃不敢用，床單被套和洗手間的墊地毛巾6天都沒有替換。房間外圍方面就很好。早餐也很豐富。

Great hotel.. Location is good nearby shopping mall with just around 10 minutes walking distance. Room space is just nice for 2 adults. This hotel had smoking room option and suitable for smokers. Will come back again ya. Bye.

I will not stay in this hotel if I have a chance to visit Karawan in upcoming trips.
Got some mosquitos in Japanese restaurant and in my room.
The bar service is nice. They offer us free three pots of hot teas while we were making an internal meeting.
The food served in the morning was too local. No real coffee. Eating places and food serving place are too far away.
