Excellent experience

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, just a short distance from Soekarno-Hatta Airport, making it super convenient for travelers. The staff were friendly, and I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary fruit in the room. Definitely a solid choice for a comfortable and hassle-free stay near the airport.

toilet paper fix the broken sink

i have stayed at this hotel many times overall everything is good until one day the sink was broken and i called the receptionist to ask someone to fix it,.yes they do fix it by rapping the pipe with the toilet paper. nice job, please fix the broken sink

A hotel with a cheap budget and very good facilities, the rooms are comfortable and neat and the service is satisfying and friendly, you can see the view of the plane because it is close to the airport, there is also a delivery service, so it's easy if you want to go to the airport...

Do NOT even THINK of staying here!

I was not able to leave the transit area in the airport (I can prove this - I didnt get a stamp in my passport and am willing to prove this) for visa reasons, so I requested the hotel to cancel, or, if that's not possible, to move my dates to the future. The hotel didnt reply. Seems like the only reason this hotel operates is revenue, they don't care about customers.

Terrible

Stayed one night. Room had no window and was depressing. Full of mosquitoes. You can’t regulate the temperature inside the room. Accidentally knocked a mug off the shelf, which is about 4 inches wide and they charged me 80k rupiah for it!
