乾淨，衛生，消毒的房間。
床單很乾淨，衛生間很衛生。
位置明智的。
我付出的價格超值。除了那很棒的住宿，我只喜歡的部分不是食物。

加爾各達整個城市就是髒亂差，整個環境比國內農村都差多了，去之前雖然已經聽說印度環境不好，但到了這後真的接受不了。內部設施一般，被要求11點退房，提行李的大叔就是不肯出去，一定要小費

Worst experience

Worst experience, I'll mannered staff, though we booked and paid to booking.com, they took extra in the name of taxes..aside staff argues and fights....when we asked for email is to refer...we were challenged and told to go to the website guys for refund..This was maybe the accountant at the desk. One waiter runs all errands...incl...handling the restaurant.... If we pay we expect equivalent service....don't ever stay here...
There are better hotels nearby

DIRTY Hotel

There were fights in this hotel which was really scary.
Only plus is its close to Kalighat Temple, but Kalighat temple is full of frauds. Tourists beware! This hotel is full of scammers, could hear them talking scary stuffs and the rooms they gave had bugs. We moved out the next day after seeing lot of issues with this place. Its been stated in website as if its for families, but here all sorts takes place in spite of being close to a temple.  Worst stay ever as we had no choice.  Very unfriendly staff who has no manners.
We had no choice, but we moved out immediately. Absolutely dirty Will never visit Kolkata again.

Fantastic location.

Situated in the centre of the city.
All amenities accessible and nearby the property. All tourist spots are in the radius of 8 to 10 kms from the Hotel.
The only thing is that the airport is 25 kms from the Hotel.
