Given the overall price level in town the value here is great. The hotel is only a short walk from town center but is quiet enough to have a real resort feel. The room is very spacious with a front sitting area. Although at the back of the hotel the room is only a few steps away from the pools without getting the noise from them. Given its near the hotel wall you do see cars and buses passing on the road behind. So I suggest the hotel could plant a few taller trees along the wall to block the view from the road. The hotel has three pools so guests have a good choice and avoid the crowds. The service is prompt and responsive. The restaurant provides excellent menu and staff there is very friendly and knowledgeable. With the price not more expensive from the restaurants in town the dishes here are a lot more thoughtful. So I'd recommend guest try at least once at the restaurant.

A hotel is only as good as it's staff...you won't be disappointed

From the moment we stepped into the hotel we felt at ease. Each staff member that we came across was warm and welcoming which made for a great stay. The room was spotless clean, well equipped with complimentary wine and water. A great choice for breakfast and the poolside bar /restaurant served a good variety of food and had a nice ambience. The gym is well equipped for a hotel gym and with 3 pools to choose from it didn't feel crowded.
I'm struggling to think of any negatives, so 5 stars from me!

Lovely hotel

The hotel building and location was excellent. A/c did not work at all and very hot in the room. A consistent banging in the walls all night. Walkout patio with chairs was nice. No view of the ocean but had a view of the kiddie pool. Restaurant and bar staff gave poor service. Breakfast buffet had a lot of food but was satisfactory in quality. Front desk staff were excellent. The hotel room was lovely.

We picked this hotel because they offered a fitness facility. The pics showed they had a treadmill, however we also contacted them to confirm this. When we arrived there was no treadmill. They said it broke and they didn't bother to replace it. A treadmill is pretty basic for a gym and if they advertise they have a gym then it should have one. They sent me to their sister property to use the treadmill. While the property was close the gym was way at the back so this took time every day. That gym AC didn't work. It was used by the employees. It was very clear the employees did not want to share the gym with the guests and they came in and threw their stuff around and started teaching others in their group. It was very weird. We also asked months in advance for early check in and explained why. We were told in a e-mail they would do everything they could. When we got there it was very apparent we did not get any priority for this and they kept trying to take my bags constantly. We didn't find the reception staff friendly at all. Every other hotel we stayed at in Greece they were very friendly. The housekeeping staff on the other hand was excellent and so friendly. The location is very good also. I can't speak to the food or the pool. Honestly it was the worst of the places we stayed in Greece simply because of poor customers service. Zero compensation offered for all of the gym issues.

An oasis of relaxation in Santorini

The structure is very large, modern, clean and furnished in minimal style with great taste. The location is strategically located 5 minutes walk from the center of Fira, but away from the chaos so as to facilitate travel. We immediately felt welcomed by the reception staff who made sure our rooms were ready an hour and a half before Check-out. The common areas are manicured, the pools (three) are is one more beautiful than the other. Spacious, elegant rooms with light colors. Breakfast super plentiful and with quality products; as well as high is the quality of the restaurant. The staff is also super efficient regarding the rental of quads/cars that arrived directly at the hotel half an hour after Reservation. Highly Recommendation!
