The loveliest apartments in kavos
Honestly one of the nicest places ive ever stayed! Perfect for what i needed and the owner was so lovely and super helpful just on the other end of the phone for anything i needed! So quiet and peaceful considering its Kavos and its near all the nice restaurants and 2 mins from a lovely beach club with a pool and bar and sun loungers. Not a bad word to say about it and already wanting to book again soon!!

Amazing stay
Amazing hospitality. The nicest owners. Would definitely stay again & reccomend to anyone coming to kavos. It’s in the perfect location, the beach is only a 5/10 minute walk away & the main strip less than 5 minutes.

Amazing hospitality!
Konstantions and his wife were very welcoming! The room was lovely and clean and right next to all of the night life but not close enough to be disturbed. They would always say good morning and the hospitality was impeccable. I could not recommend this place anymore! Thank you!

Disappointed in accomodation
We stayed here for a week after alot of research reading reviews and looking at photos I was happy I had booked these apartments for value for money.
We were looking for somewhere in the busy resort of Kavos that would ne reasonably quiet. This was really one of the only positives.
The other being the apartment was kept clean every other day and the lady who owned the apartments was very nice.
Now the negatives. We arrived after a long and tiring days travelling and seen to our rooms with the owner coming into the room and asking for payment.i was assuming payment was via the booking site or would be able to pay by card. But the owner asked for cash.I had planned our spending money in cash and pre ordered for the best rate. As I was paying for the two rooms to pay in cash would have been two thirds if the spending money. So I tried to explain this and I was clearly tired and distressed. But the owner kept saying there are cash points. Eventually he agreed for a card payment for which he had a card paying machine in the house. But i had to pay one of the rooms in cash!
Then lookimg around the apartment it was nothing like the photos. Im not sure where the modern ones in photos are. Decieving by adding pretty touches like flowers tables ect (there wasmt a table and chairs) Very dated, worn out decor, towels over used and like sandpaper which is awful when you get a bit of sunburn.
The shower area kept flooding and an awful old dirty shower mat. There was some mould. The beds were so hard and very uncomfortable. I used the duvet to sleep on amd the sheet as a cover but it was start of season so a bit cold. My friend in the next apartment let me use his spare beds duvet to sleep on. Then we came back to the room cleaned and the duvet removed and replaced with a rough blanket. The gardens were overgrown and nothing like the photos.
I have stayed at Chandris apartments up the road and they are such nicer and includes a pool.

Everything was great
Everything was great. Big well equipped studio with kitchenette. The place was very clean and relaxing and the staff was very happy to help us. Quiet and beautiful location, 1 minute walking distance to restaurants, cafes and shops.
