Modern, clean and fantastically located
Went to Athens to cheer myself after a family bereavement. Chose NS Place because I was going with my daughter. It was wonderful. We had our own rooms and bathrooms as well as a communal area for watching tv, eating etc. We could see the Acropolis and the observatory and we were in the heart of Monastirakiou. It was still quiet enough at night and the beds were very comfortable. Immediately above us was “City Zen” where you can watch the sun set with an ouzo in your hand.

Great location for a 5 night stay
Very spacious modern apartment
Excellent staff communication and response time by WhatsApp
Airport transfers very efficient and strongly recommended as reasonable and place entrances hard to find with no signage
Awesome safe and very secure apartment space and modern furnishings
Nespresso machine with few pods (pick up more at mart)
Comfortable beds
Spectacular roomy bathrooms with rainforest showers
Staff stayed in touch attending to our every needs by WhatsApp despite no live front desk reception

Wonderful apartment
Athens is a beautiful city, and stopping here ensured that we had a wonderful time. The apartment was of a very high standard, staffed efficiently and in a friendly way. The views and amenities were beyond what had been expected, as it is rare that the adverting info really undersells the experience received.
The apartment overlooks a fascinating & bustling square, but by simply closing the doors to the balcony you can find peace in a really well equipped area.
Genuinely, the only thing that I found in any way inconvenient was that I ran out of paper coffee filters on a bank holiday! I have no doubt though, that if I had been irritated sufficiently to WhatsApp this fact to the team who serviced the apartment, they'd have been supplied straight away..
I'd not look to stop anywhere else in Athens now I have found this place.

Fantastic space with all you need very clean and great location
The location is amazing and the flat is fully equipped has everything you need! It was very clean and very spacious. Air con fully equipped kitchen and my favourite bit was the little balcony so you can sit and enjoy the views. Only 10 mins walk from Acropolis and have a lot of restaurant choices and has a Starbucks downstairs:) I was anxious it having no reception but the contact number was very speedy in responding and we didn’t have any issues at all. Would definitely chose to stay here again.

Some apartments are wonderful, some are not. Really depends on which you get.
NSplace owns 2 floors of apartments in the heart of Monastiraki. We stayed there twice: at the beginning of our trip and at the end.
At the beginning of our stay we got a corner apartment on the 3rd floor and it was incredible. It was roomy, modern, and had all of the amenities. The best part was the view of the Acropolis.
On our 2nd stay, we got a middle apartment on the 2nd floor and it was not good. It was very narrow and only had one window in the living room. None of the bedrooms had any windows. The hallway was very narrow and the living room/kitchen was very cramped. It did not match the photos. There also was no view of the Acropolis from this apartment.
My recommendation is to reach out to NSplace before booking to inquire which apartment and which floor you are booking. 3rd floor corner is great. 2nd floor middle is not good.
