This is a gem, wonderful accommodations and staff!
For most US-travelers, you may find the rooms a bit small but honestly, it's the perfect size with the perfect combinations of offerings (your own single-serve latte/espresso machine, large screen, extremely comfortable bed, great bathroom facilities, etc.). I loved my stay here.
The staff, as with most places in Wiesbaden speak great English when you can't remember your German ;-) and they're very welcoming and accommodating. I love that they offer - and encourage! - the ability to NOT have your room cleaned every day...saves on resources and time for both parties involved. I was able to spread out and not have to worry about the staff needing to clean around my stuff, and it's a waste of resources to do so.
HIGHLY recommend this place. My only "rub" and not sure it's every room, but because I'm sure the bathrooms were updated somewhat recently, there's a step up into them. They do have a sign on the bathroom door, but until you're used to it, you may be like me that rammed my toes into the step and broke one of my toes...oh well, "user error" ;-)
Love this place and hope to come back on my next visit. Close to the train station, and to the extensive walking mall and many restaurants and shops.
