With dear people it is fine everywhere

The striving spirit is felt, many good ideas . The implementation still has room for improvement.All employees very effortful and friendly, but the handling and routine is still expandable.
The location is very fine, lots of greenery and yet possibilities for excursions, For spa anyway the usual location.
The cleanliness is basically given, carpets and upholstered furniture really disgusting.

Thank God only trial night!

Wanted to test this wellness hotel for 1 night and for later a longer stay would have been planned. The reception was reminiscent of a schoolland home, we were not greeted, but the receptionist said that we had to listen, otherwise she would have to tell us the same thing again as the predecessors. We announced both by phone and at the time of booking, please do not get a room towards the street, of course we got one and as an extra directly at the check in parking lot with massive sewer problem and hindered fairly. Wellness very small, with almost no bubbles, most did not work despite pressing. Positively surprised we were by the abundant selection at the good breakfast. Also was regularly and friendly cleared and refilled. Nevertheless, we were relieved when we checked out.

No air-condition in the rooms and terribly hot during summer. Staff is kind but cannot make a miracle. Less convenient for business travel rather for leisure
