Pleasant budget hotel
Pleasant budget hotel. Our room was clean and looked out over the Place Grande. Parking is easy and free of charge. Quiet village. The owners are friendly and helpful.
There is plenty to see and visit nearby. River Dordogne near the village.

Consistently enjoyable food
I have no idea what this place offers in terms of sleeping accommodation but can highly recommend its lunchtime menu of The day. When I'm working on our nearby holiday home I enjoy calling in for lunch and while there is very little choice I can honestly say that I have not had a bad meal yet. It's essentially good home cooking and at 13.50 euros for 4 courses with coffee and wine included It is excellent value for money. Service is pleasant and efficient and I strongly recommend it. I think that they are only open for food to non-resident's at lunchtime Monday to Friday.

Good base to tour from
Stayed for three nights. the owners Christine and Stéphane were very helpful and friendly. They've recently taken over the place and were keen to make the stay as pleasant as possible which they did
It's located in a VERY quiet village, where in the evening most places are closed.
Room was comfortable and functional.
Likewise, bathroom, clean and no issues. Plenty of hot water in the good shower.
If you want an evening meal/ drink in the village, best plan ahead with the owners. They can provide a nice 3 course evening meal.
Breakfast, typical French fare. Fresh and tasty.
Wifi was a bit hit and miss, but then it was in a few places I stayed during this trip in rural locations throughout France. Not usually an issue, but if you need it for business purposes etc, it may be.
The village in located in a beautiful part of the area and as a base it was ideal.
I would stay again and recommend to friends who may look to be travelling in the area. Good value for money.

Friendly hotel to provide a comfortable stay
We arrived on a rainy evening but the moment we stepped inside the hosts were friendly and welcoming to ensure we had a good stay. The rooms are clean and practice and great value for money. The hosts told us they are investing in refurbishing the rooms but we stayed in an unfurnished one and it was fine! You can sense they are working hard to deliver a good service to both locals and tourists. English spoken here and we were glad to have given them our business out of season. Good bar area and food available too.

Mauvaise expérience
Je ne conseille pas du tout surtout si c'est pour le travail, des gens désagréable , qui ce permettent de critiquer leurs propres clients au bar ( du coup pas discret ) mauvaise expérience. Je ne recommande pas du tout.
