This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. On arrival, guests must pay on site by credit card or in cash. Bank cheques and holiday vouchers are not accepted. The pre-authorised sum as security deposit can not be debited for the settlement of the room. This amount is charged only in the event of a breach of one of the booking conditions, cancellation or late modification fees, or in the event of a no-show. After registration, a proof of cancellation of the deposit can be given to you upon request. Mandatory Fees The property will require you to pay the following fees upon arrival or at checkout. These fees may include applicable taxes: City tax: 5.53 EUR per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 18. Management fees : 4.90 EUR per room, per night.
