很好

一切都很完美。位置很好，距離公共交通，餐館，購物中心不遠。互聯網連接非常好，甚至非常好。這個地方很乾淨，每天都有清潔服務。非常安全

Like at home :)

The location and comfort of the apartment are the best. We had all the basic amenities and services. Since we arrived, the reception of the keys was very precise, they also had a welcome gift. The apartment was impeccable and the view from the floor where we were was incredible. The water pressure in the shower was very good, the towels were comfortable and the blue towel was a nice detail just for makeup :) the wifi signal was excellent. The bed was very comfortable and the covers were warm. Very grateful to Carmen, who was attentive to us at all times.

Bluezone Apartments / Perfect location

Our family member passed away while we were abroad in Ecuador and Carmen from Bluezone Apartments in Quito was very helpful and caring. She set me up with an apartment while my husband was in the hospital, did my laundry and when my partner passed, she seamlessly moved me to a bigger apartment so my children could join me. She even moved all of my luggage to the new apartment for me. She never asked us how long we needed to say, and she was always attentive to our needs. We would simply send her a message every few days letting her know if we needed more time. She was so gracious and easy to deal with. She made a very difficult time for our family much easier. Carmen, thank you for everything you did for me and my family in those difficult times. Thank you for your compassion and kindness.
The apartments are in a perfect location at the very center of Quito. They are safe and with very kind doormen and security. There are plenty of places to eat and beautiful park near by.

Compared to B&Bs in other places in Ecuador, they are not bad here. It can only be said that dwarfs are looking for tall ones.

Comfortable and pleasant stay, "at home" in Quito

The apartment has nice rooms with a double bed (normal, not large which is quite small to USA standards) in one room and two big 1-person beds in the other room. It is very well situated and the guards of the building are helpful in case of questions. The place is very safe and there are plenty of restaurants and coffeeshops to have breakfast in the neighbourhood, as well as grocery stores. The apartment had a view on some mountains and part of the surrounding neighbourhood. The swimming pool was open the night that we arrived but not anymore the following days (maintenance). There are good laundry facilities in the basement and there is inside parking space.
