No reasoning with the host.
We had booked the room with the thought of having access to a kitchen. However, the pictures were very misleading, and after another contact, we realised there was no kitchen. As we had booked already and paid, the accommodation is refusing to even give a partial refund.
For health reasons, we need access to a kitchen and fridge.
The accommodation said the booking could be cancelled, but that vouls only happen the day of the booking. As we were travelling, we couldn't figure this out till closer to date...
They are not understanding of the situation and just think of their money.
