The credit card used for booking must be presented at check in. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card. According to Macau Law No. 16/2021, visitors are required to provide the incoming passenger card issued while clearing immigration. If the card could not be provided, guests are not allowed to stay. Hotel staying guests could enjoy exclusive free access to Grand Resort Deck (valued at MOP888) – boasting the world’s largest Skytop Wave Pool – which is included in your full stay. Passes to access are provided based on the number of paying guests per room. Grand Resort Deck opening hours is subject to weather conditions and seasonal change. Hotel staying guests could enjoy complimentary admission of 2 hours at Galaxy Kidz Edutainment Center for 2 adults and 2 kids per room per day. For latest information of Grand Resort Deck and Galaxy Kidz Edutainment Center, please visit hotel official website for details. Our Grand Resort Deck will close operations from 17 November 2025 for our annual maintenance. Be sure to dive into another season of fun when we reopen on 3 April 2026! In the meantime, our Heated Outdoor Pool and Jacuzzi are still open for your enjoyment. Please note those dates are subject to hotel maintenance plans.
