Very small room and bathroom. No towels. No hooks to hang something. No pesolal light at a bed. No locker for personal belongings. Fridge and microwave inside the room. Excellent location. Very nice and friendly staff.

I didn’t like the way the bathroom in the suit was, it was a glass shower with a toilet, sink and shower all in one, the floor being wet and dirty every time I went in was gross, plus they had a tiny shower curtain over the glass doors so no privacy at all.

All and all this was a good spot to stay. It is very clear once you walk into the building that you are getting what you pay for.
I was in town for the Taylor Swift Eras tour and I didn't want to have to pay a fortune. The room was small and you do not get to choose which bunk bed you get. I was on the top bunk which was hard to get on and off of. not to mention awkward when your roommate is sleeping.
The blinds in our room did not go down so there was a lot of street light coming into the room. I also felt like every 5 minutes emergency response vehicles were flashing by.
The bathroom was VERY small. It felt like the toilet was in the shower and there was no room to change.
The bathroom sink was outside the bathroom in the main room which was good for getting ready, however there was no paper towel or hand towel. I was told ahead of time that you would need to rent a shower towel, but a hand towel should be provided.
The mattress is very thin. I would say it was half the depth of a crib mattress. They also had a very thin pillow. There was 1 little blanket provided for each bed.
I also didn't like that when you turn the main light off the ceiling fan turns off as well, and you were unable to control the room temperature and it was very hot in the room.
If I was coming again for an event where the whole city was sold out and I had no other option I might come again, but I would bring more things to make my stay comfortable.

ALERT ALERT SCAM SCAM Do not try and convince yourself it may be better then it seems . Do not book with these devils. NO COMMON AREA NO KITCHEN NO FOOD ALLOWED IN ROOM BATHROOMS AND SHOWERS ARE IN THE DOORMS ! u are forced to take in everyone's humanity I cant tell you all the experience from start to finish but it ended with me leaving 9 days early no refund covered in a rash smashing a bed bug right after it bit me. i tried to switch with them2 weeks before i flew in and they offered a refund. i said no i still need a place so id like it switched they said they can switch the day i arrive im like oh no ...bookings in on it basiclly ..so i called and still no change or refund. now im in another city without the refund or a substitute accommodation. I did get a job cuz of the chain of events but even as i type this my body is on fire from the blankets and bedding being gross with Bugs bacteria and that cheep industrial cleaner that chases bed bugs away temporally but still keeps enough toxic chemicals as to harm mankind . no discount is worth your health. if your on the streets it may be better then some shelters but not better then outside if u are one who can camp.
God help you if you booked a long stay.
