Clean spacious room. Waterpark was clean and well supervised with good staff. All staff were friendly and accommodating. The only complaint I would have is the people above us running back and forth continuously.

需要維修的酒店

Thank you for your feedback and kind comments with the customer service you received during your stay. We have since renovated our deluxe rooms, family kiddie suites and lobby area. We hope to see you again next year and you are welcome to request a renovated room and hopefully will find it more comfortable. See you soon.

可怕！可怕！！！可怕！！！！

如果我可以給這個地方零，我會的！糟糕的客戶服務，房間裡有化學臭味，而且沒有異味沒有離開！不知道他們試圖掩蓋什麼，但絕對不值得頭疼！我無法再去另一個房間，經理告訴我氣味會消失，工作人員非常無助，不愉快！

I have looked into your concern and can assure you that the smell in the room is an air freshener that housekeeping uses and nothing more. I understand that a room move was offered but declined as another room was not immediately available. We certainly do valued your business and hope you will give us another opportunity to serve you again in the future as our valued guests.

沒有為訪客做準備

BOGO的交易讓我們住了兩個晚上。我自己，五歲和三歲。我的預訂本應包括鳥王國的門票，所以未添加。我們直接從他們自己的網站預訂。我們下午4點以後到達，辦理入住手續很容易。前廳不允許卸下行李。當我們檢查時，互聯網被提供商報告為參差不齊。第一天早上，我決定使用三樓的健身中心。機器並沒有全部工作。完全沒有毛巾，也沒有噴霧清潔劑。另外，浴室還沒有打掃，廁所裡滿是糞便。我提醒清潔人員。午夜時分，我們被火警疏散，坐在我們行駛的汽車中30分鐘。其他客人可以查看返回時間並提醒我們。早餐吧很貴，基本上在任何一家美國連鎖酒店都是歐陸式的。大堂的咖啡店是在開玩笑！沒有服務員。我沒有嘗試過三次訂購咖啡。波士頓披薩也是客房服務提供商以及附屬餐廳。我們無法讓他們接聽電話來下達客房服務訂單，最終不得不親自訂購（穿著泳衣，因為我們要在水上樂園參觀後吃晚飯）。第二天早上，我們被服務人員檢查煙霧探測器喚醒。我們的房間裡有台冰箱，它凍結了我的沙拉/醬料，還有一升我放在裡面的奶油。總而言之，我們將再次返回，因為水上樂園對我的孩子們來說是理想的尺寸，提供的救生衣非常理想。我希望在BOGO推廣期間，工作人員能為來賓的到來做好更好的準備。我本來希望在旺季而不是2月的一周期間缺少服務。

We are sorry that you were disappointed with your recent stay but appreciate your feedback. The BOGO deal does not include Bird Kingdom tickets but can be purchased separately at the front desk. Upon check in our staff will direct you for the best place to park for unloading as the front doors would not be ideal for your room location. We are sorry you did not enjoy the hot and cold all you can eat breakfast buffet. The fridge will not both keep you ice cream frozen without freezing your lettuce as well. We are sorry that your stay was not as carefree as one would hope. We are glad that the kids enjoyed the water park and we look forward to serving you again as our valued guests.

Our stay was not the best. Our issue was the water park is extremely slippery. Our one child slipped and scrapped her leg pretty badly and our toddler fell and hit the back of his head twice!! These instances happened about an hour in to our stay. We ended spending the rest lf our time in our room. We did try the arcade but lot of games seemed to be out of order.I will not be recommeding this hotel to friends or family.
