No accessibility!!
The hotel has no elevator, people with a mobility deficit has no access, we had to climb three floors, the air conditioning didn't cool almost anything, the frigobar when I asked the receptionist told me that I had one in the room, when I arrived, it was off and there was nothing inside, we were in three people and there was only one towel in the room, there was no interface. I don't know how has alvará operating without ACCESSIBILITY!!️

Café da manhã delicioso, completo e uma noite confortável em um quarto novo, com split, Wi-Fi e Tv conectada. Para uma noite confortável em passagem por Valença ou um bate e volta ao morro, super me atendeu

Amei, o melhor é mais novo!
Quartos novos atendimento top, café da manhã maravilhoso,hotel padrão nacional. Indico de olhos fechados. Localização central, wifi e TV smart, me senti em casa. Ótima opção para dormir e passar o dia no morro e Guaibim
