優越的地理位置和良好的價值
我在這家酒店住了兩個晚上。這是非常舒適，房間在陽光明媚的一面，望著涅雷特瓦河和老城區。工作人員非常有禮貌和專業。早餐很周到，服務員也很周到。房間很乾淨很新鮮。總而言之，它們使我的短途旅行愉快而舒適。強烈推薦！

友好的員工。格外熱情的員工。房間的煙味很差，浴室的效果也很差。非常普通的住宿。到處都有煙味。酒吧是一團煙霧，但便宜的飲料。

We must say that we are quite sad that we have not meet your expectation, but we will kindly ask to show some understanding. In our coffee bars smoking is allowed by Law in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Coffee bar Aldi which one is located in our hotel is private bar, it is not in charge of our company.
The policy of our hotel doesn't allow smoking in the hotel area and in the rooms.
We can assure you that we are working very hard on a daily basis to improve and to train our staff to meet all guests need and to have all of our guests leave satisfied. We sincerely hope that you will give us a second chance to show you our true hospitality.

友好的員工
位置優越，小電梯，到處都是乾淨的房間，友好的工作人員說英語很好。美味的早餐。我自己沒有為房間買單，但我想我很樂意這樣做，因為我對任何事都不滿意。

方便的莫斯塔爾酒店
乾淨舒適的酒店位於河畔，距離著名的莫斯塔爾大橋約有15分鐘步行路程。房間寬敞，物超所值。工作人員非常友好。在河的另一邊的建築工地，但不要讓那個讓你失望。

房間很寬敞，但浴室不是最好的狀態。房間的景色也不是最好的。負面的是由有組織的遊客組成的噪音。早餐不是很好。但酒店必須以員工和清潔為榮。這個位置可能是這個城市最好的。
