To flee
Hotel to escape. The staff is haughty and unpleasant at will.
You take for cash cows to vs add supplements for everything and especially without first notifying you.
We book a room on the internet for 5 people, we receive an email confirming our reservation with a little extra note ns indicating that the room will no longer be available if we wish to extend our stay beyond the dates indicated. Don't worry.
We come 2 days before booking to make sure the hotel is ideally located and the place is rather clean. We have to be with hostesses who confirm our reservation and announce us a new room price already higher. However, we accepted, but we told them that this was not correct because the price displayed on the site was different. They don’t really care.
The day of our reservation we arrive at 1pm, although the hotel is not full, we are told that we must wait for the Check in at 3pm. Already no flexibility, that is how they have a sense of service.
At 3pm at the time of Check in we are announced an extra charge because we are with a child even though everything was stipulated in my reservation, when I came etc...
Now I get angry telling them that it’s not normal and of course these people toy with me, borderline snub us.
Same for the airport transfer where we have 3 different bell rings as to the rate and basically if you are not happy it is the same for them.
Breakfast is mediocre, smell of sewer in the rooms. The only advantage is the location and again
A piece of advice never goes to this hotel, which is clearly not a 5-star hotel and has no sense of customer service.
They only think about money and on the pretext that we are Westerners think we have money not to know what to do with it.

J’ai testé tous les hôtels 5 étoiles d’oran et je donne un 4 étoiles à 2 H
L’ambiance dans cet hôtel est un peu limite
Petit déjeuner correct mais pas digne d’un 5 étoiles
Je n’ai pas testé les autres commodités à savoir Jamal sauna …
